THE BASE - Active Beginner Yoga Course is more than a yoga course, it is a journey within. This course is your very first step on your healing yoga journey towards self-discovery and self-acceptance.
You will be provided with numerous tools enabling you to move safely and confidently on your yoga mat.
Even though you will be working through a physical yoga practice most of the time, the real magic happens when you step out of your mat and carry your mindset and new learnings to your day-to-day life. That's why the focus of the course is on the physical as well as on the spiritual side of yoga.
You will have a chance to work through four different modules, each focused on something different. The course is structured to help you immerse yourself in the yoga practice and progress consistently as you move through it.
